.compare(object, opts = {}) ⇒ Hash, false

Returns a summary of the differences in two versions of the object.

Parameters:

  • object (Obect) —

    any instance of an IsData class

  • opts (Hash) (defaults to: {})

Options Hash (opts):

  • :version_a (String, Integer) —

    papertrail index of a version to compare

  • :version_b (String, Integer) —

    papertrail index of a version to compare

Returns:

  • (Hash, false) —

    a summary of the differences in two versions of the object
